miles from Ashbourne but with easy access to such attractions as Dovedale
and Carsington Water.
The 17th century barn has recently been converted to provide three quality
character cottages in peaceful countryside, their names being derived from
local fields.

Crow Tree Cottage
You enter into the spacious open plan dining/lounge and kitchen area with a full beamed ceiling adding charm and character along with the ceramic tiled floor.
There is a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for occasional use.
The stairs lead to the main bedroom with a double bed. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.
Little Mere Cottage
Little Mere Cottage provides character accommodation with a spacious open plan living dining and kitchen area with beamed ceiling. On the ground floor is the bathroom with shower cubicle and electric shower, hand basin and toilet. The stairs lead to the bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second having a single bed and two adult sized bunk beds.
Top Fern Cottage
This recently converted barn provides character accommodation in peaceful rural surroundings. You enter into the spacious open plan dining/lounge and kitchen area with a full beamed ceiling adding charm and character along with the ceramic tiled floor. There is a sofa bed in the lounge suitable for occasional use. The stairs lead to the main bedroom with a double bed. Also on this floor is the bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.
